Five Ways To Increase Your ASSets

Every women wants it, and I’m not talking about extra spending money, I’m talking about a tighter, firmer, more amazing ASS! Round is nice, it looks good and it’s pleasing to the eye, square and floppy not so nice. The following are some simple, and not so simple ways to get that better looking butt you always wanted.

5. Incline Walking

Although walking might not sound so hard, walking on an incline is a really great way to get those glutes working. This can be done by walking hills or walking on a treadmill. If you are going to use the treadmill, set it to about a 7% incline, and remember don’t hold on! You want your body to supports itself and really get those glutes engaged.

4. Climbing Stairs

This is another great glute and aerobic exercise, and I’m not talking about you 1980′s step classes. You want to find a place with several stories of stairs: your office, apartment, or even a sports stadium. Climb up and down them. As you get good at it, you can challenge yourself by doing two or more at a time for an even greater workout.

Don’t have stairs to climb? Not a problem, you can get similar results at the gym. Obviously you can use the step machine, but you can also use the elliptical, or even an ARC trainer if your gym has it, at the maximum incline to really get those glutes working!

3. Lunges

A great strength training exercise, this not only targets your glutes but several other muscles in your legs as well. There are several different ways to do this exercise: stationary, single leg, alternating, reverse, forward, and even jumping lunges. They all work equally as well, but it will be up to you as to which one to choose based off your comfort and fitness level.

2. Romanian Deadlift (RDL)

Not to be confused with a Stiff legged deadlift as there are some key differences. This exercise can be done with dumb bells or barbell, single leg or both legs. Remember, this is more of a stretching exercise, so keep the weight on the lighter side and really focus on proper movement and form.

1. SQUATS!

Arguably the best butt exercise, let alone the best overall exercise you can do, squats are where you will see the best results. Make sure you get nice and low with your squats. You want to get at least parallel to the floor. If you go lower, that’s more personal preference. Again, there are a lot of different ways to do this exercise, so pick one that you enjoy and that works best for you!
